Convenient location for exhibition, small but workable pool, clean rooms and linens

The bar lacked atmosphere with no crowd or music!!! Rooms seemed dated and in need of renovation, and it was quite frustrating to find no hot water in the shower after multiple requests!!!

Consider requesting fresh Indian dishes during meals, as they may not always feature prominently in the buffet options.

Loved the spacious rooms with a kitchenette and luxurious bathtubs. The spa treatments were absolutely stellar.

The check-in process impressed me, and the staff provided quick assistance! The Standard King Room offered a clean atmosphere and plush bedding. I particularly enjoyed the stunning pool view that added a delightful touch to my experience.

However, there were a few amenities lacking compared to what was advertised.

Spacious rooms feature modern amenities, providing ample space to move around comfortably. The breakfast buffet boasts a variety of Indian options, with freshly baked pastries adding a nice touch to the morning meal.

The property feels slightly dated, needing renovations to freshen up the ambiance. I encountered issues like receiving a city view room instead of the promised pool view, which was disappointing. Although the dinner spread included some interesting Korean dishes, the Indian options lacked vibrancy and took far too long to prepare, detracting from the overall dining experience. Additionally, the pool area seemed neglected, with bird droppings on lounge furniture indicating a need for better maintenance.

Exceptional staff provided a wonderful touch for my parents’ anniversary with a room decorated with flowers and a complimentary cake. The massive breakfast spread and delicious butter chicken at dinner were highlights. However, I felt that the restaurant could enhance the experience with some appetizers upon seating and the dining prices seemed slightly steep for the offerings.

I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza, highlighted by the spacious rooms equipped with modern amenities and a well-stocked kitchenette. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, including fresh pastries and a variety of Indian and international dishes, ensuring a fulfilling start to my busy days. The attentive staff, especially the chefs, provided exceptional service and made personalized meal preparations to meet my preferences.

Had a pleasant 1-night stay with a lovely staff experience, especially with Ms. Neerupama, who welcomed me warmly and provided seamless assistance. While the room was a bit dated, the genuine hospitality made up for it. Try the diverse breakfast spread for a satisfying start.
